About Me

Mike has been an amateur hobbyist photographer since high school where he began shooting with a Graflex Speed Graphic Century Camera for high school events.  After graduation he would eventually move to Canon (Ae-1 and T70) and in 2004 moved to a Nikon D70, Nikon D200, Nikon D7000 a Nikon 18-200vr an 18-70DX lens, a 50mm 1.8, and a simple Nikon 70-300g telephoto and a Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 EX DC. During an almost 50 year career in the apparel/footwear industry Mike has also devoted his extra time as a singer/actor in the NJ and now Florida theater community. Appearing in many shows such as Oklahoma, Beauty And The Beast, Hairspray, The Music Man, Anything Goes, The Wizard Of Oz, and more, he also sings with chorale groups and spent almost 10 years serving as a Board Trustee and Treasurer for Phoenix Performing Arts Center now part of Count Basie Theater For The Arts in Red Bank NJ.
